Our Story

Carolina Bob's NO SALT All-Purpose Seasoning and Dry Rub was birthed by veteran South Carolina grill master Robert Hoefer, Jr. After suffering from a stroke due to a poor diet, Robert didn't want to stop cooking good tasting meals, so he created a no salt version of his popular seasoning. After a few years of finding success at regional retailer, he began selling his seasoning to Hospital systems and school districts. Chef's love his product so much, they call it the southern version of Mrs. Dash!
